Her art has drawn the eyes of museums and fashion designers alike, in part because her stunning paper flowers are made only of the materials available to her. She doesn’t use posh custom paper but is inspired instead by what she can find around her, resulting in organic and awe-inspiring pieces of art.
We can all use a little more beauty in our lives right now. And while social media can be full of anxiety-inducing news and commentary, it can also be a source of calm and inspiration – if you use it correctly.
There’s plenty of research that shows that looking at pictures of nature or other aesthetically pleasing things can help calm us down, reduce stress, and improve our mood.
So maybe it’s time to step away from the relentless news cycle and fill your feed with a feast for the eyes for a while.
