“This is so embarrassing,” Christina Fauld told the dispatcher.

The incident occurred at the Powerhouse Gym’s 24-hour facility around 3 in the morning.

According to reports, she was recording herself while using an inversion table, a device with a medieval appearance that is said to relieve back pain by flipping the user upside-down.

But things got out of hand.

The influencer had no idea that her world would soon follow suit and go upside-down.

She said she just wanted to record a video of her on the equipment and share how much it helps her low back issues.

Her workout, however, went awry when she became trapped hanging upside-down in the apparatus. In the end, it turned out to be a potential viral video.

Epic is an understatement.

Faulds may be seen hopelessly struggling in one of the videos after discovering she is stuck.

The gym rat even makes an unsuccessful attempt at one point to climb up to the leg clamps and untie them.

Since most of the other gym patrons were in other rooms listening to music during the late-night hours, Faulds’ situation was especially bad.

The inverted influencer said that staff members were also not there because people were using key cards to get entry at that time.

She felt helpless.

Fortunately, the terrified woman was able to use her smartwatch to phone 911.

“There’s only one person at the gym and I got stuck in, you know that backboard thing,” Faulds said to the dispatcher. “I’m stuck in this reverse, like, back decompression thing.”

“I think the thing went too far and I just got stuck upside-down and cannot get myself right side up,” she continued.

And the police came to the rescue.

A fourth video shows how she was released from her spine-decompressing jail shortly after police arrived on the scene.

Faulds had spent a total of 12 minutes upside-down throughout the entire ordeal.

Despite not suffering any injuries, she admitted she is unsure of whether she will ever get on the table again.

She said that the experience was “so overwhelming and I just need a mental break” and that she stayed away from TikTok for a few days.

But eventually, she got over it.

“People are saying, ‘Why would you post that? So embarrassing,’ but I’m like, sometimes you got to laugh at yourself and move on,” she remarked.

And with her bravery in sharing her story, the world learned a couple of valuable lessons: to never use the inversion table alone and to never forget to wear our Apple watches!
