Everyone makes comparisons. Sometimes, they’re hard to avoid.

Gorilla skeletons aren’t too disimilar than our own. With that said, their rib cages are gigantic! And that’s quite the skull.
Architects and civil engineers deserve their respect. Centuries of trial and error (and miscalculation) have led to some of humanity’s greatest modern structures. This demonstration shows the effect an earthquake has on a normal building versus one that has its base isolated.
4. Maine Coon vs. the American Shorthair
Maine Coons are majestic cats. Check out the smaller American Shorthair. Awww, they’re so cute when they sleep.
5. Door knobs
Beachy conditions can do a number on structures, door knobs included. Is that a beer bottle on the ground? The inside doorknob is in pristine shape.
6. One month apart
These are images of the same cat taken a few weeks apart. Those eyes… I’m lost in those eyes. Now, this cat’s got it in the bag.

Two words: global warming. Things have changed in the last century. Humanity has a ways to go.

We take our senses for granted. Our interpretation of the natural world is obviously different than other life. What we see doesn’t seem to be the exact same as what birds do, for example.
